1. Enrollment Process: Your enrollment is confirmed only after payment verification by our team.

2. Refund Policy: Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment if classes haven't started. 50% refund after classes begin.

3. Payment Verification: Please allow 24-48 hours for payment verification. You'll receive confirmation via email.

4. Class Schedule: Batch timings are fixed. Make-up classes may be provided based on availability.

5. Certificate: Course completion certificate will be provided after successfully completing all requirements.
